After earning a degree in fine art from Carleton College, and a Masters from IUPUI, I taught for eight years before starting my photography business. I have been shooting professionally for twelve years now, taken portraits of thousands of wonderful children and their families and photographed hundreds of weddings, bar mitzvah's and events. I simply love what has developed.

My goal when photographing children is to capture their personality, be they shy toddlers, silly preschoolers, confident pre-teens, or self-conscious teens. When photographing families, my goal is to capture relationships.

My goal when photographing weddings or any special day is to capture the event's details, emotions, and relationships.
